The best thing about dealing with this company is that they communicated superbly, which is something of a rarity in our experience! There were no instances of being fobbed-off with false hopes as to when things might be done. They turned up when they said they would and worked cleanly and politely while on-site. if there was a problem with an item being sub-standard they worked to put things right - and they explained the stages in the process so we understood why a delay was occurring.
